Originated from The CURL's deep understanding of Cantonese culture and relentless pursuit of innovation, the menu was created by Mr. Feng Yongbiao, Executive Sous Chef of The CURL Guangzhou, Mr. Tan Shiye, Executive Chef of Dragon Court Chinese Cuisine of The CURL Beijing, and Mr. Li Zhiwei, Executive Chef of Tung Fook Heen Chinese Cuisine of The CURL Hong Kong, bringing together the leading skills in Cantonese cuisine from the three regions and presenting modern creative inspirations.
