In a beautiful July, in Yanqing, Beijing, I met the self-traveling B&B in the landscape, heard the cicadas and heartbeat, and came back to miss the forests and streams in the mountains on every sunny day.

In the hot summer, it is a good time to go deep into the outskirts of Beijing and get close to nature. After a 1.5 hour drive, we stayed at "Jieyu Jiyuan B&B" near Longqing Gorge in Yanqing, Beijing. (With the green code of Beijing Health Treasure, you can check in without any problem.) There are five independent courtyards in total, which are arranged in rows in a staggered manner, and we stayed in the courtyard of Wisdom Family, which is directly opposite to the one we were staying in.

Jae Yu Stacked Courtyard B&B

The super-sized courtyard has several resting areas to satisfy all the wishes of Bobbi and the family to sit around, cool off and chat.

The mini outdoor swimming pool and small pavilion combination of small courtyard, full of vacation style, sitting here in the evening to cool off, looking up at the mountain starry sky, extraordinarily cozy.

The courtyard is a 5-bedroom house with different room types, we chose the large round bed room with bubble bathtub + honeymoon style.

The room was decorated with a lot of care and attention to detail, and the towels were folded with love hearts, just like a wedding bed.

The high ceilings make the whole space bright and clean, and the wet and dry separated bathroom and big bathtub make the vacation atmosphere strong.

Mom and dad live next door to the new Chinese style king-size bed room, simple and elegant, very like the rest of the time do not disturb each other, but also can get along with each other to take care of the family atmosphere.

The yard has different floor plans to meet different family needs and different views. The sun-filled sunken lounge space, the corner staircase, and the spacious kitchen lounge area make up a fully functional and cozy temporary home.

Everything is because the owner of the B&B has been associated with cars for 20 years, and likes self-driving and free lifestyle, so he created this B&B full of automobile elements, and these have also become a unique symbol of self-travel and self-contained, which is also very suitable for parent-child tours. The yard also has the most shocking 6.2-meter giant copper wire tires that set a Guinness record!

Longqingxia Scenic Area

800 meters north of the B&B, about a 10-minute walk, is the "Longqingxia Scenic Spot" of the "Nine Quarters of the Ancient City", which is known as "Beijing's Little Li River" and is one of the sixteen scenic spots in Beijing.

No matter how hot it is in Beijing, Longqing Gorge is still cool and pleasant. In winter, there are also the famous ice lanterns in Longqing Gorge, as well as skiing activities.

Everywhere you go, the scenery is beautiful, the environment is quiet, and nature's ingenious workmanship is shown to the fullest extent here.

Forest Wetland Park

A 5-minute walk from the B&B is an open forest wetland park.

There are some feelings that only summer can give you, woods, streams and rivers, suitable temperature, the comfort and tranquility of returning to the garden, come to the wetland park in Yanqing and start a dreamy journey to the forest.

A mountain, a pool of water and a piece of sky can enclose a small world in your heart.

Strolling in the green mountains and waters of the Xihe Forest brings us a refreshing coolness as we escape from the scorching heat.

In the babbling brook, cleaning brought fruits and vegetables, the brook water is cold and cool, clear to the bottom, here whether it is a forest walk, water play, picnic, each lens image is easy to shoot a forest blockbuster it.

Dinner is served at Watt's Steamer, an automobile culture-themed restaurant inside the B&B, which specializes in private creative fusion cuisine. On the second floor is a larger rooftop terrace, a cozy open space for barbecues, dinners, games, and cooling off.

The best feature of the restaurant is the "Watt's Steamer Feast"! With two super large steamers, you can make a special steam feast for 100 people at the same time.

The immortal eight immortals in the sea is loaded with the wonderful double steaming of papaya and potato as the main ingredients, and the handmade Longqingxia spring water tofu is tender and full of freshness.
