FUZHOU, Sept. 26, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Inheriting the heritage of 35 years of Southern Fujian cuisine from Shishi Green Island, Huan Xi, a brand of Green Island, has been welcoming guests with its fusion Southern Fujian cuisine. Recently, Huan Xi officially entered Fuzhou, Banyan City, and had its grand opening on September 25th.

Located in Fuzhou Shangri-La Center, Huan Xi Fuzhou is the first restaurant of Huan Xi brand in Fuzhou, and is refreshingly decorated in an exquisite light luxury style with a blend of modern and classical. The restaurant adopts golden brass and dark green as the main colors, creating a luxurious and elegant atmosphere. The elaborately designed lion's head decorative doorway and the background wall made of dark green tiles exude a strong flavor of southern Fujian culture.

There are more than ten private rooms in the banquet hall, which are named after the southern Fujian sayings with good intentions, such as "Happiness", "Harmony", "Ching Cai", "Good Market", etc. Each room has different cultural displays, presenting the story of Green Island's development and the local culture of southern Fujian. Through the wide floor-to-ceiling windows of the private rooms and the lobby, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the bustling streets of Fuzhou, and also overlook the White Pagoda Temple in the distance, which has a unique and distant mood, just like feeling a trace of tranquility in the hustle and bustle of the city.

Cold Little Green Dragon

One is hot and the other is cold, interpreting another kind of freshness.

After steaming, the lobster is immediately chilled. Let the hot steam penetrate every inch of lobster meat, followed by soaking in cold water to tighten the meat, so as to seal the sweetness and elasticity of the original juice of the small green lobster, dipped in a little garlic pepper sauce, fresh food for the respect.

Quanzhou duck soup with small mussels

Passed down for nearly a year in the South of the country Yong hot, the ancient name for "dial".

Minnan people call old ginger "mother ginger", which is used in Quanzhou duck soup. Unegg-laying small female duck, a whole 3 ½ catty, the use of real ingredients, stewed for ninety minutes, until the soup is clear and sweet.
