Life does need some sense of ceremony, which can easily make us recall one happy moment after another. Coming to dinner at China World 79 at China World Hotel in Beijing, I recalled the romantic time when we stayed together for 4 days at Shangri-La at The Shard in London in the fall of that year.

Guomao 79 can be said to be the highest Western restaurant in Beijing, when the weather is good, sitting here overlooking the most beautiful Beijing night, watching the lights come on, watching the neon rainbow, as if the whole city is their own.

Reserve your seat a little longer in advance to get a popular seat against the floor-to-ceiling windows, look out the window at the cars like flowing water and horses like dragons, and eat western food full of a sense of ceremony, so that all your weekday efforts have meaning. The restaurant is decorated with luxury and quality, with small round tables, crystal lamps, and dim lighting, making the scenery outside the window the absolute protagonist, and the red glass corridor at the entrance is super out of the movie!

The recent sharing meal for two at Guomao 79 was just too much, not only was every dish a showstopper, but the portions were too generous! The BBQ platter includes Angus rib eye, Australian rack of lamb, grilled prawns, baked cod, lobster, and a variety of grilled vegetables, which is so satisfying to the taste buds!

Drinking red wine with the steak was a great way to get slowly tipsy! And the swaying red wine glasses are also a great photo op for the cloud dinner!

It's so nice to greet the first light of morning at the gym and sweat it out overlooking the city!

I had a great breakfast in the clouds, so I'm going to record my highlights!

For breakfast, I chose my favorite hotel, China World 79, to enjoy the morning view from the top of Beijing, and the breakfast buffet here is not like the regular star hotels, but more sophisticated. The outside area is a self-help selection area: any choice of bread, yogurt, salad, drinks, steamed points, boiled eggs, fruit ...... There is also a menu on the table, there is a Chinese breakfast and Western breakfast can be another point, also included in the breakfast buffet, we ordered bean curd brain, doughnuts and tomato bruschetta.

The seasonal Shunde dishes, which were previously seeded by Taste of Shunde, can be eaten in the Red Hall to the taste of Shunde!
